What We Collect
LifeHQ AI collects the information needed to run the closed beta: account email, profile name, household name, service status, deadline titles, deadline dates, reminder preferences, notification history, and basic billing status if billing is enabled later.
How We Use It
We use this information to create your readiness dashboard, calculate readiness status, generate reminders, send reminder emails, maintain security logs, and improve the beta experience.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell personal information. The beta does not include AI chat, file uploads, OCR, SMS, calendar integrations, finance tools, home maintenance, or military auto-sync.
Service Providers
The beta relies on Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Resend for reminder email delivery, and Stripe only if paid billing is enabled in a future phase.
Your Choices
You can update your profile, reminder preferences, and deadlines in the app. For account deletion or data export during beta, contact the beta operator using the feedback link in the app.

LifeHQ AI is a closed beta. Do not enter classified information, protected military operational details, medical records, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive documents.
